Yeah, you’re not a two-a-day crazy high school athlete. But you still want to do something out there. Soak up the vitamin D and all.
Here’s the plan: drink water before going outside. Grab your sunglasses. Put on your sneakers and just go.
Find a few stairs or a small hill. Climb them. Walk back down.
Find flowers and squat down to smell them. Do not worry about who thinks you look crazy. Remember? Crazy is for high school.
Find a pretty tree. Bend sideways to look up and see if any birds have built a nest in it.
Bam. You’ve just worked your legs and backside, your obliques, and your lungs, not to mention the jolt of vitamin D you’ve soaked up.
Now get back to work, and don’t forget to drink a little more water.
